Five Ways to Wellbeing

Research has shown that Five Ways to Wellbeing supports mental wellbeing. Here are the Five Ways:

  • Be Active           
  • Keep Learning
  • Connect
  • Take Notice

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) delivers a virtual session about the Five Ways to Wellbeing as part of their workshops during every school holiday. Details are sent out to all pupils so keep an eye out for the sessions and just scan the code to register. Give it a go!
