It is our pleasure to inform you of our end of year school production Nol i’r 80au (Back to the 80s) on Monday and Tuesday 17th and 18th of July.

 Almost 100 pupils have worked hard over many weeks to entertain you in a dazzling show that will transport you to the decade that taste forgot! We guarantee that by the end of the evening you’ll be on your feet dancing along to classics such as Wake Me Up Before You Go Go, Kids In America and Footloose.

You are invited to join us at the school (Gelli Haf site) from 5 onwards to appreciate year 7’s efforts to transform the school corridors back to the 80s – you can even enjoy an immersive theatrical experience by participating in an 80s style science lesson in an old laboratory, and listen to 80s music from a specially prepared playlist.

Year 7 pupils have also arranged stalls selling programmes, nostalgic merchandise and sweets. There will be a bar open before the show and during the interval, selling wine, beer and soft drinks. Please note that we will only be able to accept cash.

Tickets for the show will be on sale from Moday 3 of July -available from the school office on both sites. Ticket prices are £10 for adults and £5 for children. Family tickets for 2 adults and 2 children will be available for £25. We want everyone to come and enjoy the show and therefore if ticket prices give cause for concern, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Tickets will be numbered so you can enjoy the activities before the show and relax in the bar without having to que for a seat!

If you are interested in sponsoring the show or  can provide a prize for the raffle,  or would like to donate some clothes from the 80s that you no longer need, please contact the school office. All contributions will be very welcome.

We look forward to welcoming you all  and you’re very welcome to come dressed in your old 80s outfits if you wish,  so dust off your leg warmers and shell suits and come and join us for an unforgettable evening filled with laughter!
